theJobBrowser helps you discover software engineering jobs by aggregating and normalizing publicly available job postings. You can optionally create weekly job alerts by providing your name, email, and technology preferences.

- Server & Database: We store job and company data, and your alert preferences in our database.
How We Use Information

- Maintain security and reliability of the platform.

Data Sharing

- Resend for transactional emails (confirmation, alerts).
- Neon (Postgres) for database storage of alerts and jobs.
- Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring.
- OpenAI/Vercel AI SDK to power AI search features.

Data Retention
- Active alerts: We retain your alert data while your alert is active.
- Unsubscribed alerts: If you unsubscribe, we stop sending emails and remove or anonymize your alert data within a reasonable period.
- Other data: Analytics and server logs may be retained for a limited time to ensure security and site performance.
Your Choices
- Unsubscribe: Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link that immediately opts you out.
- Access/Deletion: You can request access to or deletion of your alert data by contacting us at the email below. Provide the email address used for your alerts.

Children
theJobBrowser is intended for individuals aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
