Lead the Partner Experience Engineering team, promoting collaboration and ensuring smooth project delivery through cross-team coordination. Hands-on development of new technologies, PoCs, RFC proposals, and shaping solutions with product managers while applying agile principles.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Node.js applications and microservices. Lead initiatives to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability, and own features from conception through deployment.

Develop and scale the React/TypeScript frontend and Node.js/TypeScript backend for Ninox’s cross-platform app (Web, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android). Own features end-to-end from UI design to robust APIs, performance optimization, and deployment pipelines.

Lead the redesign of the platform architecture, build internal tools, and develop scalable infrastructure. Refactor the Django monolith into modular microservices on Kubernetes, implement React-based frontend changes, and implement CI/CD pipelines.

Own and extend core internal IT systems (Shopify, NetSuite ERP, Intercom, Webflow) using TypeScript, Next.js, and Temporal. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Finance to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
