As an engineer, you will be a technical expert on our AI Process Optimization (AIPO) team, turning requirements into functional applications and services that empower colleagues across DocuWare. You will build and maintain AI-powered tools—from workflow automations to general-use platforms such as ai.docuware.com—and integrate existing AI products and custom applications.

You are a real team player who likes to deal with complex software support requests and always finds a perfect solution. Databases, server operating systems and queries in SQL are not witchcraft for you. You will provide 2nd and 3rd level (DE/EN) support for our ECM software DocuWare, in virtual and cloud environments, and document the processing steps in the central ticket system while coordinating with software development and product management.

Build end-to-end automations across sales and procurement workflows and develop innovative front- and backend services using modern technologies. Create and maintain scalable data processing pipelines, and contribute to product design sessions and architectural decisions in an agile team.

As a (Senior) Data Scientist, you’ll develop production-ready algorithms to optimize heating system operations and contribute to energy optimization in real estate. You’ll analyze data, build models for energy time series, and collaborate with engineers and product teams to deploy ML solutions that reduce emissions and energy consumption.

Lead the technical discovery, scoping, and implementation of integrations with partner e-commerce shops, ERP systems, and POS solutions to power our Hardware-as-a-Service platform. Design robust, scalable architectures for standard and custom integrations, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and commercial stakeholders.
