Lead an engineering team to plan, architect, and develop applications using Python, TypeScript, REST APIs, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, Flask, React, Node.js on AWS. Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Scrum Master and other Engineering Managers to deliver high-quality features and improve developer experience.

Own company-wide metrics, KPI frameworks, and business insights to drive growth. Build dashboards in Tableau and BigQuery, align leadership, and mentor junior analysts.

Lead refactoring and modernization of CUJU's iOS app and collaborate on Kotlin Multiplatform integration, including login and authentication. Work with Android, backend, and product teams to deliver unified, high-quality mobile experiences.
